What should NEVER, EVER be included in any correspondence with Meier-Audio?
Bank account information, credit card information, or any personal information that's not your email address or your mailing address. Since we are a small company we do not have direct credit card processing capability.
What is the premise of Meier Audio?
Meier-Audio is a Germany-based reseller of personal hi-fi audio gear. We produce our own amplifiers and try to achieve an optimal value-for-money.
Will my warranty be honored?
All headphones and amplifiers come with a 2 year warranty parts and labour.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, please make a reservation, so that the item(s) can be set aside, and the package prepared pending payment. Also, you will be notified if any of the items are out of stock, and when they may be available.
How long is a reservation valid for?
Are there quantity discounts?
Sure! Since we include shipping in every quoted price, shipping of several items in one box is far cheaper than several separate boxes. Just email us and get a quote. No order is too large or too small.
What is the return policy?
By German law there is a 14-day return policy on all products. However, on orders abroad refunds will not be complete as the customer has to pay for our shipping costs and possible costs of banking fees. The customer is also responsible for return shipping.

A reservation and a price quote are valid for 14 days. After the time expires, you may still place your order, but the price quoted will be the current price of the item.
